Logging In to Laki 91 — What You Need to Know

Every time you want to access your Laki 91 account, the login process is the same: enter your registered mobile number or username, type your password, and you're in. It sounds obvious, but there are a few things worth understanding about how login works on this platform — particularly around security, session management, and what to do when something goes wrong.

What to Enter as Your Login Identifier

Laki 91 lets you log in with either your registered Pakistani mobile number (the one you used at registration, in the format 0300XXXXXXX) or the username you chose during registration. Both work equally well. Most members find the mobile number easier to remember since it's the same number linked to their Easypaisa or JazzCash wallet.

If you're not sure which number or username you registered with, check the confirmation email Laki 91 sent when you first signed up. It contains your registered email, phone number, and username. Can't find the email? Contact support at support@laki91.app with your name and approximate registration date and they'll confirm the registered identifier on your account after identity verification.

Password Issues and Account Locks

Passwords on Laki 91 are case-sensitive. If your login is being rejected, check that Caps Lock isn't on — this is one of the most common reasons for a failed login. If you've tried three or more times with an incorrect password, your account will temporarily lock for a short period as a security measure. This is normal and resets automatically after a few minutes.

If you genuinely cannot remember your password, use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. A reset link will be sent to your registered email address within minutes. If you no longer have access to that email address, contact support@laki91.app with your registered mobile number to initiate an account recovery process through identity verification.

Keeping Your Login Secure

The "Keep me logged in" checkbox on the login page maintains an active session on the device you're using. This is convenient on your personal phone — but it carries a real risk if used on a shared or public device. If you tick this option and then hand your phone to someone else, or use a device at a café or office, that person can access your Laki 91 account without needing your password.

The rule is simple: only use "Keep me logged in" on a device that belongs to you and that you keep physically secured with a screen lock or fingerprint. On any shared device, always log out manually after your session ends. The logout option is in the top-right corner of your account dashboard at all times.

Login on Mobile vs Desktop

Laki 91 is fully optimised for mobile browsers on both Android and iOS — no app download is required. The login experience is identical on mobile and desktop. If you're accessing from a mobile browser, saving the Laki 91 website to your home screen creates an app-like shortcut that opens the platform directly without navigating through a browser address bar each time.

If you previously had the platform saved to your home screen and the login page isn't loading correctly, try clearing your browser cache or opening the page in a fresh browser tab. Browser cache issues occasionally cause outdated login page versions to display, which can cause confusion.

Logging In After Self-Exclusion

If you've previously applied a self-exclusion or cooling-off period to your Laki 91 account, login will be blocked for the duration of that period regardless of what credentials you enter. This is intentional — the exclusion system is designed to resist reversal, including login attempts, until the chosen period has fully elapsed.

If your exclusion period has expired and you're still unable to log in, contact support at support@laki91.app. For cooling-off periods, login access restores automatically when the period ends. For self-exclusion, re-activation requires contacting support to confirm the exclusion has completed and to proceed through a short re-assessment process as per the Responsible Gaming policy.

Two-Factor Authentication

Laki 91 supports optional two-factor authentication (2FA) on member accounts. When enabled, logging in from a new device requires you to enter a one-time code sent to your registered mobile number via SMS. This adds a meaningful layer of security — even if someone obtains your password, they cannot log in without access to your physical phone.

2FA can be enabled from your account security settings after logging in. It is strongly recommended for any member with a significant balance in their Laki 91 wallet or who regularly uses the platform from different devices.
